Rental of shipping containers Information regarding the Trademark: I have owned and operated under the Ameritainer name, including having a website with that name, for the past 14 years. You can access the website here: ameritainer.com. As you can see on the website, we offer container sales of our steel shipping containers. This website serves a purpose for selling our steel shipping containers and "retired" portable storage containers. It also serves as a lead generation website for our sister company, Mobile Attic, which rents containers. Below is proof that the website has been in existence, using the logo since 2011. Our website uses the trademark and proves that we use the trademark to offer our services. We do not put logos on the containers because we are selling them. If someone wants to rent a container, we refer them to our sister company, mobileattic.net. We are a reseller, and most of our new containers come from ACC accontainer.com. We do not relabel these since we are reselling them. The used containers come "as is" from a variety of companies that transport goods overseas. We buy these from the port of Charleston through ACC. Customers pick up the containers directly from one of our 3 locations, or our sister company, Mobile Attic, delivers them for a fee.
