The examining attorney has requested that we amend your description of goods or services because it is indefinite and must be clarified because it is overly broad and ambiguous. In this regard, we would like to clarity our description specifically as: Class: 035 Membership club services, namely, a non-profit public membership organization offering support for practicing alchemists and public education in the tradition of alchemy. We offer on site and online services offering free information and courses, as well as the following signature products and services to members and general public: proprietary manuals, Guild apparel (hats, t-shirts, jackets) , lab supplies, tinctures, herbs, tonics, educational DVDs and CDs produced by the Guild, Guild posters and bumper stickers, rings and jewelry with the Guild insignia, alchemy books and reprints published by the Guild, and other items of interest to members and the general public . Most of our unique products are sold through the Guild's websites at AlchemyGuild.org and Crucible.org. We offer alchemy courses through our website AlchemyHomeStudy.com. We also hold public lectures and workshops, including the annual International Alchemy Conference (AlchemyConference.com).
