Gardening systems employing aeroponics or hydroponics for household or commercial agricultural and horticultural production, consisting of one or more environmentally controlled chambers and apparatus capable of providing water, plant nutrients, and light; wherein the chambers and apparatus consist of one or more containers, electrically powered pumps, lighting fixtures, lights, and optionally circuit boards with computer programs for controlling environmental conditions and lighting and nutrient delivery cycles; and parts therefor; supplementary integrated components for plant growth, namely seed kit units consisting of seed pods having containers, sponge-like growth matrices, and seeds, instruction manuals, and plant food; wherein the gardening systems facilitate the rapid growth of healthy and fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers, herbs, and houseplants, in an indoor or outdoor location
