Authoring, publishing and selling a series of travel memoirs (books) by Mary Jane Walker, all with 'A Maverick' in the title, both in paper form and in electronic book (Epub, Kindle) form, along with related publicity such as Youtube videos, website (http://a-maverick.com, www.a-maverick.com) and blogs. Other titles may be published in the future but the proposed trademark 'A Maverick Traveller', spelt British-style with two 'l's, pertains fundamentally to a book-publishing enterprise and is being sought for book publishing purposes and book publishing purposes only. Diversification outside of book publishing is not anticipated at the present time and is not the subject of the present application. The company also has a visually distinctive logo, but that is not the subject of the present application. This application is purely aimed at protecting the company's name and in particular its right to use that name in plain language terms, in assocation with its publications and related publicity, in the United States
