Interference

An interference proceeding is pending before the TTAB. This relatively rare proceeding occurs when two or more pending applications or a pending application and a registration involve confusingly similar marks.

This status falls under the Pending category (codes 612, 616, 620, 630-694, 718-799, 801-825). The application is being processed, awaiting examination, publication, or other USPTO action.
